Refund policy
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our return policy has been adjusted to accommodate shipping delays. We can issue refunds related to shipping delays only if the shipment has not arrived after 60 days of placing the order.
Our standard returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can no longer offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that we charge a restocking fee equivalent to 30% of the cost of the item for all eligible returns.
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned under any circumstances. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. Additionally, we do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Furthermore, the following items are considered non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To initiate a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please remember not to send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If you wish to proceed with a return, follow the instructions provided in our return process.
